In 2022 we were brought on to reimagine the property at 4400 Harford Road, lovingly known to the residents of Hamilton-Lauraville as “the lot”.

We worked with the Hamilton-Lauraville Main Street association, in close collaboration with Paige Orpin, and True Built Construction to select and place new lighting, finishes, furniture, and to finalize the new facade for the renovated space. Paige also painted the beautiful mural on the back wall. The market lot serves not only as the home to the Hamilton-Lauraville farmer’s market, but also to countless community events, and as a visual touchpoint of the Harford Road commercial corridor. While the building portion of the project has been completed, we are continuing to work on other aspects of the lot as phasing continues. Look out for more from this exciting community space!
