She is simply a wise, calm, focused, and graceful presence. And a much needed buffer between me and my builder and the trades in general! It is rare to work with someone who brings all elements together and creates an organized and focused environment for making decisions.
Tiffanni's ideas altered the final space dramatically. She suggested moving the location of the kitchen sink, opening up additional storage space and creating even more of the "arts and crafts" look I wanted. Upstairs, she provided a drawing that beautifully and sensibly changed the position of the master door and layout of the master bath.
